Jayne Bedford
Head Cook
Good wholesome home cooking has always been a passion of mine. My position as Head cook at Saxondale has allowed me to showcase my extensive knowledge of nutrition whilst bringing traditional dishes back to life. “Just the way granny used to make it.”

Tony Duty
Head of Maintenance
I have worked at Saxondale for 3 years as Head of the Maintenance team and have loved every minute. I have always enjoyed working in a busy, fun and happy environment and Saxondale ticks all the boxes. Even the residents will say “if its broken, Tony will fix it”.

Basilisa Gamit
Nurse
I qualified as a nurse in my home country, the Philippines. Since then, I have taken my job very seriously striving to ensure that the very best nursing care is delivered by myself, and the team around me. I have a strong sense of duty and ensuring that each and every resident has their medical and nursing need met gives me great job satisfaction. In my free time I love to cook for my family and am well known for bringing in homemade delicacies for staff to try.

Marie Carter
Senior Care Assistant
I started work at Saxondale many years ago as Care Assistant. I have a passion for great care and progressed in my career to Senior Care 4 years ago. During this time, I have had the honour of looking after many wonderful, funny and inspiring individuals. My ambition is to continue my training, and further education to ensure that I continue to exceed all care standards.

Louise Hulme
Clinical Lead
My name is Louise and I’m Home Manager at Saxondale. Dementia has always been my passion, and I thrive on passing my knowledge, experience and mentorship to the younger generation. A person- centred approach is very important to me, this includes encouraging family and staff involvement.
